Information We Collect

PlavGusinje may collect information that users provide directly, including account information, profile information, contact details, submitted posts, photos, videos, event information, marketplace listings, support requests, and connected-account information authorized by approved contributors.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate the PlavGusinje app and website, publish approved community content, provide account features, process submissions, support users, prevent abuse, maintain security, document administrative actions, and improve the service.

Information Sharing

PlavGusinje does not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary to operate the platform, such as hosting, database, media-storage, email, notification, security, analytics, video-storage, and streaming providers. These providers may use the information only to provide their contracted services. Google and YouTube data is not shared with advertisers or sold to third parties.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, necessary to protect users or the platform, or requested by the user.

Data Storage and Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. Files may be validated and images may be sanitized before use. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Connected-account credentials and access tokens are stored only on secured backend systems and are encrypted. They are not displayed in the mobile application, website, administrator screens, analytics, or public content. Access is limited to authorized systems and personnel who need it to operate the requested integration.

Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent duplicate imports, maintain security, and enforce platform rules.

Connected-account tokens are retained only while the connection remains active or as otherwise necessary for security and legal compliance. Users may request removal of account information, connected social-account data, or imported content as described below.

User Rights, Deletion, and Account Disconnection

Users may update profile information, disconnect supported integrations, request removal of imported content, or request deletion of their account and associated data, subject to identity verification and applicable legal obligations.

A contributor may disconnect a connected Google, YouTube, or Instagram account through the connected-account settings available in PlavGusinje. Disconnection removes or invalidates the active access token and stops future synchronization. Users may also revoke PlavGusinje access from their Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Previously reviewed and published community content may remain after disconnection unless it is separately removed by the contributor, an administrator, or through an approved deletion request. Requests for deletion of account information, Google or YouTube data, connected-account records, or imported content may be sent to support@plavgusinje.info.

Instagram and Connected Social Accounts

PlavGusinje allows approved contributors to connect professional social-media accounts, including eligible Instagram Business and Creator accounts.

When a contributor connects Instagram, PlavGusinje may receive and process information authorized by the contributor, including:

• Instagram account ID
• Username
• Account type
• Public profile image
• Posts and media owned by the connected account
• Captions
• Media types
• Timestamps
• Permalinks
• Carousel media
• Connection and synchronization status

PlavGusinje uses this information to import selected content into a private moderation queue. Imported content is reviewed before it can appear publicly in the PlavGusinje application or website.

PlavGusinje does not use the Instagram connection to:

• Publish content to Instagram
• Read private messages
• Manage comments
• Access personal Instagram accounts
• Access Instagram passwords
• Manage advertising
• Access information outside the permissions approved by the contributor

Instagram access tokens are stored only on the secure backend and are encrypted. Tokens are not displayed in the mobile application, website, administrator screens, analytics, or public content.

Imported images and videos may be copied into PlavGusinje-controlled storage so that approved community content remains available and does not depend on temporary Instagram media links. Videos may be processed by PlavGusinje’s video-storage and streaming providers.

The contributor may disconnect Instagram at any time. Disconnecting removes the active access token and stops future synchronization. Content that was previously reviewed and published may remain unless it is separately removed by the contributor, an administrator, or through an approved deletion request.

PlavGusinje retains connection records only as long as necessary to operate the service, prevent duplicate imports, maintain security, satisfy legal obligations, and document administrative actions.

Google Data and YouTube API Services

PlavGusinje uses YouTube API Services to allow approved contributors to voluntarily connect YouTube channels associated with their Google accounts. PlavGusinje requests the read-only YouTube authorization scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly.

Google data accessed: When a contributor authorizes the connection, PlavGusinje may receive the authorization token and read-only YouTube channel and video information associated with the authorized account. This may include the channel identifier, channel name, channel image, channel description, uploads playlist identifier, subscriber and video counts where available, video identifiers, video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, publication dates, durations, visibility or processing metadata, and other read-only metadata provided by the YouTube API.

How Google data is used: The data is used only to identify the contributor’s authorized channel, display its connection status, retrieve eligible public video metadata, place selected content into PlavGusinje’s moderation and import workflow, prevent duplicate imports, perform requested or scheduled synchronization, and maintain security and audit records.

Read-only limitation: YouTube access is read-only. PlavGusinje does not upload, create, edit, delete, rate, like, dislike, comment on, subscribe to, or otherwise modify YouTube channels, videos, playlists, comments, ratings, subscriptions, or any other YouTube content or account setting.

Storage and security: Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored only on secured backend systems. Tokens are not exposed in public content or user-facing administrative displays. Channel and video metadata may be stored for synchronization, moderation, duplicate prevention, security, audit, and publication purposes. Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.

Sharing: PlavGusinje does not sell Google or YouTube user data and does not share it with advertisers. Data may be processed by contracted infrastructure providers only as necessary to host, secure, store, moderate, or deliver the PlavGusinje service, or disclosed when legally required.

Retention: OAuth tokens are retained only while the contributor’s YouTube connection remains active or as necessary for security and legal compliance. Channel and video metadata is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Published content derived from previously imported public metadata may remain until separately removed.

Deletion and disconnection: Contributors may disconnect YouTube through PlavGusinje connected-account settings or revoke access through Google Account permissions. Disconnection stops future access and synchronization and removes or invalidates the active authorization token. A user may request deletion of stored Google or YouTube data by contacting support@plavgusinje.info. Verified requests are processed subject to applicable legal, security, and record-retention obligations.

Use of the YouTube integration is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

Children’s Privacy

PlavGusinje is intended for a general community audience and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. Parents or guardians may contact PlavGusinje to request review or removal of information involving a child.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the service, integrations, legal requirements, or platform features change. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
